Good Vest. Fits well, sturdy, & stable during hikes.
Bought this harness for my wife's service dog for 5 days of hiking across Utah's National Parks. This review is following approximately 20 hrs of trail hiking (uphill/downhill/uneven terrain), with 5 total molly pouches attached carrying 2 liters of water, dog food/snacks, bowl, and a first aid kit. Fit-wise: Our dog is a 45lb, medium size, boxer/shepherd mutt. The Medium sized harness fit fine in both the chest and stomach area. I've had problems in the past with harnesses where the chest portion fit fine, but it was too loose around her much smaller belly area. This becomes a problem if you actually have pouches on a harness that are even slightly uneven in weight, which causes the harness to drastically slide over one side of a pups body within minutes of a walk. Specifically this harness was pretty good in making sure her weighted vest stay relatively even on her back on level terrain (it can be tightened pretty good, and the middle chest 'Y' helped), and only required occasional manual readjustment. When going downhill, if it was especially steep, the harness slid forward as can be expected, but nothing catastrophic and was eaily pulled off the back of her neck with a leash tug. Also, after all the hours of hiking, there was no fur bald spots or red skin anywhere indicating any chafing so that was good to see also. Harness Construction: There were more than a few hiking spots where I used the harness' handle to physically haul her up to a place she couldn't reach on her own, and it was pretty sturdy (45lb dog + 10 lbs gear). Also, this harness was getting scraped through underbrush, against rock faces, and a couple river crossings with no noticable failure or problems, so no complaints there either. On each side of the harness are 4 molly slots for gear configuration which pretty much rules out any molly gear that takes up 3 slots as it limits you to only using 1 of those on each side without having to resort to some janky solution. Ultimately, I found my best setup was two Fitackle 8.7" x 4.9" molle pouches on each side (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074DQHYR4/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_2), and a medical 'rip-away' Molle first aid kit ontop/across her back (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074QM3VBB/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8). FYI: A first aid kit on a dog should be rip away so you're not trying to hold a dog still while trying to get at medical supplies. Each of the molle pouches I listed is large enough to hold a 1L Nalgene bottle, so the dog could carry 4 liters of water itself (10 lbs water + pouches) , but for anyone reading these: your dog shouldn't carry more than 1/3 of it's body weight (and it should be carried across the shoulders, not the middle groove of the back, which this harness did a good job of also). Overall, I was pretty pleased with the performance of the vest, and my only recommendations would be to lengthen it *just* enough to make it 5 molly slots wide on each side so you can use a wider configuration of molly pouches/accessories, and include a trio of 1" squares of reflective velcro patches (that can go on the chest 'Y' and each side of the harness) so you can walk your dog in this harness at night (let's be honest, we're not SF operators, and actually want our dogs to be seen so they're not hit by cars and we can find them roaming about in bushes). *Note: I'll add some photos when I can.

Favorite vest
Review update: this vest is still going strong after nearly 2 years of daily use! Incredible quality. Aina still carries his own poop bag with this vest! We also clip a light to one of the front straps at night (purchased from Amazon) and it fits so perfectly you would think they were designed for each other! We love our one Tigris vest! Original review: I extensively researched before I chose this stellar high-quality vest. We use it for running/walking every day. Features I like: -Extremely durable: our dogs are strong bully breeds. We’ve been using these daily for almost a year and no tears or rips so far. Seams are intact and no fraying. D-rings still look like new after heavy use. -while durable the vest is designed in such a way that it doesn’t overheat him. It’s just a couple of miles at a time. We run in Hawaii and I need to be cognizant of overheating him. No trouble so far. -The large handle: this is another sturdy and very useful feature of this vest. It’s rarely necessary but I can exert more control over him if I use this handle. -The molle loops: I had an ulterior motive in my search for a great vest. It was for my dog to carry his own “waste”. Originally I had planned to attach a molle pouch to the loops to put his baggie inside. It worked but was a bit bulky. We just double bag and I attach the bags to one of the loops. This system has worked perfectly. I don’t need to carry any of that around-he carries it himself! -the Velcro for his fancy patch: I had a Velcro patch made for him which looks great on his side! 😍 -Another feature I didn’t anticipate: safety. We were attacked by another dog and the vest seemed to provide some protection against the biting. -My rescue who came a long way looks very sharp in his vest and receives compliments often. He *loves* this thing. He will proudly “assume the position” to be harnessed if I even walk near the front door where it hangs on the wall.

our dog is 8-9lbs and I got the XXS size
Most important review is Our dog is 8-9lbs and I got the XXS size. It is adjustable bigger or smaller and that is good. Fits him well and is made well. It's comfortable for him but does take a little longer to get on than his last harness. I will be adding a tiny molle pouch for his business bags too. Really nice harness and we got OD green. Functionality is great with some attachment points, velcro, and great tactical looks (even for a small dog). At less than 25 dollars it's a great value too.

Great harness
I absolutely love these harnesses. I have two Bosten Terriers but one of them is smaller than his brother. I ordered them both the small sizes to see the fit quality and the size is pretty much spot on. However, of the two I ordered, one was a tad bit small for the larger of the two Terriers. I adjusted the straps but for some reason, that strap just kept coming lose after a walking trial with the harness on the larger dog to the point the strap came completely off the buckle and because of that, had to cut the walking trial short and come back to the house before anything else happened. Luckily we were only a hundred yards away from the house when this happened. But the strap had come lose a couple of times already and I had to stop to tighten it up but it just kept coming lose to the point the strap literally fell free of the buckle and I was a bit ticked off about that. So, I'm giving this a three star for that reason. Otherwise, this is a really good durable harness and going to exchange for a size Medium and see how that works out. Update: August 5,2023...I received the Medium and it was just a bit too big for my older Boston Terrier. I adjusted it as tight as it woukd go but I felt it woukd hurt him a little bit by being too tight. So, after all this, I may try another brand or just simply order the small size again and see if I can't get it to work. I really do like these harnesses and they really are well made. I'm going to go ahead and give this a four stars now because it's not a defect or anything. My Terrier is literally in between the small and medium sizes so I think if I order the small again, I can just do the adjustment and try to make it work. If not, will order another brand and see what will work. Stay tuned...

One Tigris is the best. Hands Down.
This harness is perfect. Finally found a harness that fits my dog correctly. One Tigris knocked it out of the park with this one. Quality materials quality construction and finally someone that knows how to size dog harnesses properly. Thanks one Tigris real life saver. Showed up on time, packaged well and exceeded my expectations. I love one Tigris products, they've never let me down.

Very cute tactical harness for pups!! 🐾🦮
This harness is very good quality. The pink is such a nice shade & looks good on my pup! It’s very easy to slip onto my pup as well as to buckle up. The little “corset” is very convenient because the harness is a bit big on her and it can be adjusted as she grows into it!

Shiba Inu tested and approved
Perfect fit for my Shiba Inu! Love that it buckles on and doesn't pull over the head. My pup went from dreading her old harness to coming when called to put this one on because of how easy and stress free it is to buckle from the side. Great material quality and comfortable for her to wear with just enough padding to keep it from being too bulky.

Pretty but needed some modifications to work for my service dog.
This vest is nicely made, but only a good start to being functional. I'm still in the process of making some modifications to this to make it function better. When I'm finished, I'll post some pictures and report what exactly we changed to make it function better. For now, I'll simply say that I'm baffled as to why OneTigris chose not to put a mesh lining on the underside of the vest. Almost all their other dog vests have that. It serves a purpose. Not only does it help with cooling and air flow, but it actually helps the vest stick to the dog hair. The underside of this vest is so slick that even without any weight, the vest slides and rotates on the dog. (this is my main reason for only 3 stars, this one change would have dramatically helped this vest.) It has a tendency to slide toward his head if he looks down. It LOOKS great, but form and function are two separate things. OneTigris makes some very nice, quality products. This is no exception. It is well made. it is fairly true to size. If you plan to just have your dog wear it as it is and maybe just stick on some velcro patches, it may work for you, but if you plan to use it with pouches on an active dog, you're likely to need to make modifications. Oh, and as for water resistant... not really. I took it to the tailors on a day it was raining. It fell out of the car and right into a puddle. I grabbed it within a split second and the vest sopped up water like a sponge. It did dry just fine though with only a minor water spot on the underside. This was an accident, so next time, hopefully it will work better against simply a light mist or rain. UPDATE... Okay, so with some help from a VERY wonderful neighbor with some mad sewing skills... we made it work. Honestly, we had to reconfigure virtually the entire thing to make it work for us, but now, I truly love it! The chest plate was just too short and if we adjusted it right for around his neck, it just sat funny and awkwardly pulled on him. So, it now has mesh on the underside for cooling and to help it stay in place. There are 2 straps under his belly and one Velcro strap around his chest. We changed the orientation of the handle, as this is more helpful for me. We swapped out some pieces and parts, but in the end, I'm very happy. Maybe my Mountain Cur is just an odd shape or maybe we had needs that were too specific. In any case, the top part of this vest is a pretty good design and we left it largely the same. As for the rest... we may have modified quite a bit, but I'm still happy I made the purchase.

GREAT build quality harness
Sizing was a little bit difficult as my dog was right between sizes, that aside the quality is great and light on my husky. The clips are good heavy quality and so far nothing has caused me any concern even with my husky testing its limits

Excelente produto!
