Our chess pieces are non-magnetic but pieces are weighted, which are stable to use. **Q: Does it come with instructions?** A: Their is a basic booklet to explain the pieces for chess and draughts hope this helps **Q: Hi. Some picture reviews show how the two sides don’t match nicely, not flat, the figures are different from each other or bent. Has this been fixed?** A: The chess set is beautiful, I can't fault it. I think the figures are hand-crafted, so some tiny variation is inevitable, but that's part of its beauty. However, this is only under close inspection, I would not say the figures are different from each other. Wood is a living material, if you want complete uniformity get a plastic set. **Q: Is the wood used sustainable?** A: It’s a veneer I believe ## Frequently Bought Together - A&A 15" Wooden Chess Set/Folding Board / 3" King Height German Knight Staunton Chess Pieces w/Maple & Walnut Inlay / 2 Extra Queens - How to Win At Chess: The Ultimate Guide for Beginners and Beyond - Chess for Kids: How to Play and Win --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/254578445-a-and-a-15-inches-magnetic-chess-set-with-2](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/254578445-a-and-a-15-inches-magnetic-chess-set-with-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
