Received a used item with heavy use marks that was previously mishandled and sent to me in an unusable state (magnets stuck together). This is the 2nd time in 1 week I've received an item with heavy use marks sold as new (the previous was a book).

Scam product and not as described. Waste of resource and i am returning mine ASAP. Information described don’t match reality. Dont buy, throwing money away

Como tengo vidrios dobles, compre el modelo D-4. Despues de algunas pruebas pude lograr una limpieza en las ventanas muy buena. Como no podia mojar las ventanas por fuera, use el mismo Glider primero con un trapo con agua y luego le di un par de pasadas con un trampo limpio y con Windex para un resultado muy bueno.Hay que encontrar el modo que mas se acomode a tu situacion particular pero definitivamente funciona y se logra un muy buen resultado. Muy Recomandable

I was so hesitant to buy this because at 149 plus tax that’s a steep price. I was also discouraged by the comments saying it doesn’t work for Canadian windows so I was half expecting to buy this and return it. I’m here to say this works fantastic for thick Canadian windows and I’m very impressed with the results!! I will not be returning this. A few things to consider, firstly I know there’s many warnings about the magnetic force but it’s no joke, you need to be very careful holding it, using it, removing it etc. keeping the pieces far away from each other and never letting your fingers sit on the magnetic side. Second, It’s very important to have the window soaking wet making the pieces glide smoothly. I think some people who were unsuccessful maybe had the window too dry, causing the outside piece to fall. Also note I was using it on the most powerful setting with the knobs fully dialed in. I recommend this 100% my windows look fantastic!

Literalmente es la primera vez que dedico unos minutos a escribir una reseña a un producto comprado en Amazon, pero éste lo merece. Ciertamente me parece un poco caro, al fin y al cabo si lo pensamos bien es plástico con imanes. Pero es que merece la pena completamente, cuando lo pruebas se te olvida. Estas semanas con la calima ha sido una tortura pensar en cómo iba a poder limpiar las ventanas por fuera. Vivo en una cuarta planta y me da miedo quitarlas (además de que pesan y tengo movilidad reducida). Estuve investigando y vi que había otros modelos más baratos, pero éste tiene la ventaja de que se puede graduar según el grosor de las ventanas. Adjunto una prueba de cómo queda el resultado con respecto al estado en el que tenía las ventanas después de los días de calima proveniente del Sáhara. Seguro que no hace falta señalar cuál es cuál, jeje. Allá por donde voy lo recomiendo. ¡Gracias por crear estas cosas y hacernos la vida un poco más fácil!
