Why is one coffee scoop $13 and three 1/2 cup scoops are $9.99? Makes no sense.

I am trying to figure this out also. I purchased these coffee scoops 2 months ago and they were $2.99 each. Thought I would get a couple more, was I shocked when I saw the $12.00 plus price. I went to OXO website and price shows at $2.99, but who knows what their shpg chg's would be.

Good will the coffee scoop fit the oxo 6 qt grips pet pop container?

I don't know the dimensions of that container, but the scoop is 5.5" long by 2.5" wide, and easily fits in an out of a jar with a 4" opening.
