Thanks for your question. Unfortunately we don't maintain specific vehicle application for the OEMTools 25202. Also you did not mention what component you are looking to remove. I do however doubt this will work on your Chevy Cruise. I don't believe the tapered shaft on any of your steering or suspension components are 15/16". This is size is usually found on full size PU Trucks. If you are removing Tie Rods, I would check the tapered shaft size of you replacement component and order one of our other sizes by searching Amazon for OEMTools Tie Rod End Puller. If you are removing the Ball Joint, you need our OEMTOOLS 27234 Steering Knuckle Spreader Tool to prevent damage to your Steering Knuckle. I hope this answers your question.

Can this tool be used to take the pedals off a Bicycle?

You don't use prying force to take the pedals off a bicycle. You use a wrench on the flats of the bore, typically it's a 13mm. If you have a nicer road bike, a hex key might be involved.

Diameter is about 1/2 inch, I do use it for other things.

Will work to remove ball joints of 2007 silverado 1500?

I don't know off the top of my head how the ball joints are secured to the control arms of a 2007 Silverado, but you would probably need a ball joints press to actually remove the ball joint. This is basically a pry bar for disconnecting steering/control components from ball joint studs after removing their nuts.
