The size chart does not seem to match up with the product. How did you know what size to buy?

I happened to have previously bought this same brand from the regular store, so that's how I knew what size my daughter needed. The size chart here is not very helpful.

Would these fit a 120 pound 18 year old that wears 34A bra size?

No. This is for a young lady 10 years old. Just a modesty coverup.

I ordered a pack of these bras and one came with pads and one did not. Do I need to return these for another set?
