All I can say is WOW!!! What have I been missing all these years for aches & pains? This does take a good 90 seconds to heat in the microwave but once you take it out and place around your neck? It somehow feels like a moist heat (however you don’t get it wet!) and has a very mild pleasant scent…it is very comfortable/not cumbersome to apply to any part of your body.
