How big is the actual box it comes in?

It's about 2 inches bigger (both lengths) than a kraft mac-n-cheese box.

The title says 19.5" chain and the features and details says 16" chains. big difference. which one is it?

Honestly, I never wore the chain I put the pendant on my own chain. I do remember it being rather short though so probably the 16".
