I'm not a professional chef (or even an unprofessional chef), I just used it occasionally to chop veggies or slice some meat, and for that price the quality is fantastic. Wasn't very sharp on arrival, but I sharpened it a couple of times with a cheap dollar-store sharpening tool, and always wipe it dry after each use, and so far no sign of wear yet.

Knife is rusting quickly in Hard water conditions of UAE compared to other knives from Japan.

I dint expect this knief to be so big... size was too big than i expected. Might be i haven't checked it thoroughly.

I needed a cheap temporarily knife and it served its purpose. Not very sharp and very large but was useful in the interim.
