A game changer. The book itself is amazing full of simple effective techniques that help your spiritual journey. Where it gets extremely powerful is when you put it into practice. I went into deep meditation and got lost in the love of myself. A true transformation. If you can truly grasp these words and change them from concept to being. Then you have received what the author has intended. Spirit works through all of us. We just need to awaken our authentic self...we can do this by just being. Being love itself...what else is their...just stories.
