It could be more efficient
It arrived on time. Easy to set up. It takes a few minutes to figure out the correct and comfortable position to start pedalling. Is not a smooth movement but eventually it increases your heart rate. My concern is that the pedals swivel gets too hot...and the screw knob doesn't allow for much resistance while pedalling...it needs improvement in the manufacturing.
