Will this be too loose for a 12” lamp?

I'm actually using them on 12in lamps. There's a scrunchy elastic on there so it'll hold as it goes being the lamp.

Does it support godox ad 200 flash?

These are essentially just nylon bonnets with elastic that you can put over your lights. As long as you have a way to fasten it you could use it over a godox ad 200 flash. But due to the rectangular shape of the flash and the round shape of the diffuser sock, you'd have to find a way to secure it.
