Bad experience. After choosing this supplier, thinking I will receive a high quality bands as advertised, I received a simple bands that I could purchase 5 times cheaper. Green color instead of blue color, No logo, no engraving in the closing system etc. I returned the item. This is not a serious supplier

Although their are little bit costly but I used it for Rehab of My ACL Surgery of Right Leg. It did wonders in 1 Month as I used it thrice a Week Alternate days. The results are very Good

Out of the box I was confused on how to set them up but they come with instructions thankfully. They can fit a variety of people and provide great resistance no matter how big or small your bicep is. I feel and see a difference after about 2 weeks of consistent workout. Its a nice color and is very portable to take on trips to the gym. They don't slip at all which is a surprise for me with the other bands I have used. These work great and they come with many benefits so yes I recommend for price and quality!
