## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will they fit in tight spaces like a bento box?**
A: Yes. Each pack measures 7" x 4.7" x 0.5" — slim enough to slide into bento boxes, breastmilk cooler bags, and crowded freezer drawers without taking up extra room.

**Q: Are they safe for food and kids?**
A: Yes — made from 100% BPA-free, non-toxic materials that are safe for direct contact with food, drinks, and lunch containers.

**Q: Can I bring them through airport security?**
A: Yes — when fully frozen (solid), Healthy Packers ice packs meet TSA guidelines for carry-on travel.

**Q: How long do these stay cold?**
A: Frozen solid, they typically keep contents cold for 6–8 hours in an insulated lunch box or cooler — longer when paired with extra packs or ice on hot days.

**Q: How long do these ice packs actually last?**
A: Years, not seasons. The hard-shell BPA-free casing is leak-proof and crack-resistant, so packs hold up to daily freeze-and-thaw cycles — many customers report 5–7 years of regular use with no leaks or cracking. Just rinse, refreeze, and reuse.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Ice Packs
*by P***Y on 6 September 2026*

I’m really happy with these ice packs. They are a great size for lunch boxes and cooler bags, and I especially like the slim design because they don’t take up a lot of room. You can easily fit them around food containers and drinks without losing too much space inside the bag. The set comes with four reusable ice packs, which is very convenient. I can keep a couple in use while the others are in the freezer, or use several at once when I need to keep a larger cooler cold. They freeze well and do a good job of keeping food and drinks cool for several hours. They also feel sturdy and well made. I like that I can simply put them back in the freezer after using them instead of dealing with loose ice, melted water, or disposable ice packs. Overall, these are simple, practical, and easy to use. They work great for packed lunches, work, school, road trips, picnics, or a small cooler. Definitely a useful set to have around the house, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for reusable ice packs.
