Bought these after my Primary Care Physician told me my vitamin B12 was VERY low and I needed to take 1000 mg a day until further notice. I did my own research & found out that my poor foggy mind wasn't due to my age, it was probably my very low B-12 level. Since my job requires a sharp mind I bought these along with a 1000 mg that I swallow, these I let dissolve in my mouth. I remember way-back-when that people of a "certain age" would go the doctor every so often (once a week?) and get a B-12 shot and would be blessed with an immediate surge of energy. Well it's been about 6 weeks since I started these & I can really tell the difference. I have more energy and I also no longer have brain fog. Hallelujah ! And I no longer feel like I might HAVE to retire. As I understand it, we ALL get depleted of vitamin B-12 as we age and need to add supplements. This worked for me, highly recommend.

My husband notices a difference when taking these. They don't work as well for me, but I get a slight increase in energy/ B12 levels. Do you know how to recognize your B12 levels without going to a doc? Check your nails. At the bottom of the nail bed, above your cuticle, you should have white half moons. They will be higher on your dominant hand and disappear lastly from your thumbs. If you have none on your thumbs or dominant hands, you're in a bad state! You may even want to see a doctor about injections. Now that I have been working with a doctor and learned this, I keep track of my levels by looking at the half moons. A Candida cleanse and lower grain/ sugar diet has helped me to maintain higher levels, because nothing is blocking MY nutrient absorption! :D

Great way to get your daily B12. Small, chewable and good flavor. Definitely provides an energy boost and strengthens finger nails.

Taste great! Nice cherry flavor and they are easy to chew or they can be placed under the tounge to be disolved, these are my favorite B-12 supplements!
