The VS17 signal panel, or signal panel marker, is often laid out on the ground to identify troop positions to friendly aircraft, or to identify where help is needed. The VS-17 panel marker comes equipped with tie downs for attachment to just about anything and snaps so that multiple signal panels can be joined together. The VS-17 signal panel marker has both a high visibility pink side and a high visibility orange side and is perfect for identifying persons in distress to search teams and aircraft. Review: Get Noticed! - For most of us, signaling aircraft from the ground can be a moment to cherish, but only if we can get over the vast array of confusing emotions and nervous butterflies in our stomach and just remember that the aircraft wants to talk to us just as badly as we want to talk to it, and it feels just as awkward as we do. These VS-17 panels can be the perfect ice breaker for the next time you get the nerve to chat up that orbiting EC-3 you've had your eye on. Review: Important Piece of Kit - Product as expected. I keep it in my pack for emergencies and marking my camp site, vehicle, etc. ## Features - Genuine Military Issue - 20-24 inches x 72 inches - Tie downs for attachment to just about anything and snaps so that multiple signal panels can be joined together - High visibility pink on one side and orange on the other ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B073X55RZB | | Brand | TIANSHI | | Brand Name | TIANSHI | | Color | Pink Orange | | Colour | Pink Orange | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 306 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W | 182.9L x 61W centimeters | | Item Weight | 0.5 Pounds | | Item weight | 0.5 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Military | | Material | Paper | | Model Number | B073X55RZB | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Mounting type | Wall Mount | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Orientation | Landscape | | Part Number | B073X55RZB | | Pre Printed Text | Letter | | Recommended Uses For Product | Entrance, Instruction, Promotional, Property, Warning | | Size | Medium Signage | | UPC | 753340634953 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Military - **Colour:** Pink Orange - **Material:** Paper - **Mounting type:** Wall Mount - **Size:** Medium Signage ## Images ![Military GI US Army VS17/GVX Signal Panel Marker 8345-00-174-6865 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61wpzhRhLDL.jpg) ![Military GI US Army VS17/GVX Signal Panel Marker 8345-00-174-6865 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61CanXivTuL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What size will this fold up to?** A: It comes folded into a square that's about 6.5 in x 6.5 in. I keep it in my pack for emergencies and marking my camp site, vehicle, etc. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by Z***T on 15 March 2018* Exactly what I was looking for! Most are far more expensive than I wanted to pay. Update: The original one I ordered that this review is for was from seller "Militarygear" and was perfect as advertised and pictured as a new current stock item. The one I just received form "Deals Only Web Store" may technically be new, but is rock hard and not in decent condition looking to be old stock deployed surplus. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/257555179-military-gi-us-army-vs17-gvx-signal-panel-marker-8345](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/257555179-military-gi-us-army-vs17-gvx-signal-panel-marker-8345) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
