Wonderful knives, a pleasure to use
I have used Wusthof knives for years, and have found them to be very good. But they are often heavy and awkward for me. The Shun knives are light, extremely sharp and perfect for finer tasks. Precise cuts are much easier and the light, nimble knives are a real pleasure to use. This makes tedious knivework easier and faster. Excellent.

Knives came loosely packed and scratched up
When you spend 300$ on a knife set - you expect them to be packed nicely and in good condition. They are functioning - but they are pretty scratched up.
