Impossible to set up, and not compatible with any of my equipment ... Complete waste of money.

I bought three of these, after the first one connected so easily and worked perfectly. It's hard to find a good BACKLIT remote. This one is great. It AUTOMATICALLY works out of the box with SAMSUNG TVs. I used the 'code' method to link it to a Hisense TV and then an LG tv. All three setups were easy, very easy. And they all worked great. Highly recommend this remote. My ONLY complaint is a design issue: the 'return' button is so small compared to most other remotes. We're all used to seeing a nice, curved ARROW button for that function. On this remote, it's a very tiny button you have to really look for. (But, you CAN program other buttons to serve/perform that function, and I haven't tried that yet, but I might. But overall, great remote. GLAD I bought them. Great compatibility with all 3 TVs. ) If they ever add a more common 'return' button, like provided on most remotes, this remote would be perfect.

I got this to replace the tiny remote for my Hisense QD6. The Phillips is backlit and that's the main reason I bought it. It was easy to program, it feels good to hold, well balanced. It may not have a "back" button, but it does have an "exit" button and it works just great. At this price, it's a bargain.

This remote is awesome the light on the remote is really bright and white not yellow or any ugly color !

The reason I got it was for the light on background well that broke within two days it won’t turn in at all. So just another control I can’t see and programming it is a pain in the ass if you just expect to click and done not the case have fun

I bought this remote for an old 2005 Samsung TV. It worked without a hitch on the first try and didn't have any issues or needed to program it to work with the TV.
