A price point that allows you to experience the Pilot Capless pen with a nice quality
I was contemplating in buying the one with 18K gold tip but choose the Alloy nib. The writing experience with the Alloy nib is good with a balance smoothness and a little roughness which I prefer. Saved more than $100 Dollars. the dark blue finish is excellent. too early to tell about finish durability.

Always keep nib retracted when not in use.
Excellent pen. Worth every penny. This is my third one as the first two I gave away to my friends who use fountain pens.

High quality fountain pen
It worked as expected, and wrote smoothly the moment I put in the Pilot Black cartridge that was provided; it did not require any additional tuning. This is my first Capless, and it definitely did not disappoint. The product arrived faster than expected as well! Do note that this does not come with a converter!
