Review: Good Product but Buyer Beware! - This item itself is pretty nice. Clear picture and voice. Took 8 hours to install. The main issue I have with this item is that you should not buy the suggested items that desertcart posts are most often purchased with this Video system; such as the Lee Electronics 323M 16VAC Power Supply and the RCI Electric door Strike. These items are not compatible and will not work together!
Review: After 3 Months, One of three bells stopped working - I have to update my rating now that one of my tenants informed me that her bell has stopped working just 3 short months after installation of this intercom system. My previous review was given only a couple weeks after installation, when everything was working properly. This is disappointing; a three month shelf-life is unacceptable for the price point.

**Q: I've seen other video intercom requiring 4 wires connection to each apartment, but it says users can use cat 5 cables for extension, what about this?**
A: Dear my friend.Yes, this system also can use CAT5 or CAT6 for extension if distance is within 30meters (95feet). for longer distance, suggest use RVV4 wire (4 Core White Flex Cable), the signal will be more better. thanks!

Did you connnect each monitot to each button on the outdoor camera? if yes, please check monitor one by one to test if all monitors are ok, if all monitors are ok, it maybe the buttons on outdoor camera have problem, we can send mainboard of outdoor camera to you for replacing,thanks!

I have to update my rating now that one of my tenants informed me that her bell has stopped working just 3 short months after installation of this intercom system. My previous review was given only a couple weeks after installation, when everything was working properly. This is disappointing; a three month shelf-life is unacceptable for the price point.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I used only one power supply

Other reviews didn't like the fact that you needed a power supply at each unit. Since I was using existing wiring from an old intercom installed in 1992, I had and 18GA power wire to each unit, so I just plugged one power supply into a wall socket in the basement and connected the old power wires to it. It seems to be working very well. Time will tell if the power supply will hold up to all three units. Update 04/03/24. It has been over three months and everyone seems to still be happy. No tenant complaints.
