Great for the knees, but don't think it will survive for more than few months. Used for couple of days and I already see wearing and tearing

Yes - it's perfect! Just the right size, and also suprisingly thick: and that's great. I was expecting a thinner foam, but I'm happy it's built well as it really protects the knees. The extra thickness does make it heavier, and it won't roll tight - but that's a happy compromise for me as I prefer to have the full support rather than a lighter, thinner, flimsier foam. Overall very happy. I also feel this will last a long time.

Je cherchais un petit tapis seulement pour les coudes pour faire des séries de planches en gainage : celui-ci est parfait, peu encombrant et bien épais.

Es una esterilla para rodillas o codos, sus medidas son: 58 largo x 24,3 ancho x 1,6 grosor en centímetros. Llevo probandola varios meses como rodillera para ejercicio de rueda y similar. De momento se conserva bastante bien, tiene pequeñas magulladuras, pero sigue cumpliendo perfectamente. El grosor es más que suficiente, dudaba, pero tras varios meses intensivos, no duele absolutamente nada las rodillas, su acolchado es perfecto y cumple su misión. No resbala (más de lo normal). En resumen muy recomendable y más al precio que la compre (unos 8€, creo recordar). Llego en un par de días y muy bien embalada. Un saludo

膝をついて腹筋ローラーをする時のために購入しました。 厚みは十分にあり膝をついても痛くなることはなく、大きさもパッと出してパッとしまうことができる丁度いい大きさです 嬉しい誤算としては、筋トレする時に負担がかかる場所にピンポイント使えて、種目は限られるけど大きいヨガマットを出し入れする面倒くささがないのがとても良いです
