I got mine and love them but my heel keeps popping out. So tried inserts and still keeps doing it. How do i fix it? If go down a size are to tight

My heel pops out too. I want to wear them so bad but I can’t because I can’t keep them on. My true 7.5 and I’ve now purchased and tried a 6.5, 7 and 7.5. None of these pairs have worked. My heel always pops out and won’t stay on. So sad.

check the reviews with photos, mine was on august 4/2022. it depends on the shape of your foot and your toes, for me these shoes fit perfectly.
