Packaging was clearly adulterated & packing-tapped shut. The foil seal on one of the items was compromised (hence the leak) by a medium sized tear. I am beginning to wonder if these are essentially "factory seconds" or "blemished" goods that are being sold on desertcart instead of to the retail market. I poured what remained of the spilled component into a plastic cup and then added an equal (1:1 by volume) amount of the still sealed compound. After stirring for 3 minutes, the mixed silicone was poured into an additional cup to see if it would cure at all. As anticipated, the silicone did NOT cure; I suspect something was wrong with the spilled component. Review: Can't wait to try it - Product arrived intact and as described. Hope this helps:) **Q: What is the shore hardness rating of this material?** A: If it is Ecoflex 00-10 then the shore hardness is 10. **Q: Can you mix Ecoflex products for custom shore hardness; for example mixing 00-10 and 00-20 to make 00-15?** A: I believe you can but your best option is to buy the “slacker” which is an additive that changes the hardness of the silicone. You can add it to any shore of silicone. Eco Flex, though tacky when cured, has a remarkable low shore hardness and is very strong. Mold-making for extremely tricky undercut heavy pieces can be achieved with this stuff, so long as a mold-frame or mother-mold is in use for overall shape-stability.
