Review: Great for travel - Honestly debated getting this for a while. Wasn’t sure if I actually would use it. I gotta say having it for 3 months now I use these all the time. Love leaving it on my desk and just picking it up throughout the day and shadow boxing. I use these with my travel fitness bag too when I go on trips and have no equipment. Put a timer on, grab these and you’ll be sweating in no time! Haven’t had any issues with these so far!

**Q: What is the different purpose with the run ones? They look more ergonomic but will they work for shadow boxing?**
A: The running ones are built for running and the original egg weights are built for Shadowboxing or mma training.  Each on is specific for the movement but yes they will work for both.
