No lag or latency issues . . . absolutely perfect. Only thing I can't praise this item for is the battery life because went in fully charged, left on after soundcheck and through the set (approx 1.5 hours total) and didn't go flat . . . so . . perfect !!!!!! I bought a pair and can now say, no - they don't work with 'active pick-ups'! They do transmit the guitar signal, but also transmit an 'interference tone' that renders them useless for active pick-up guitars. Works okay on my passive pick-up guitars but no good for my Fender Precision Lyte with active pick-ups! **Q: I already have these and they're very good. However I typically use 3 guitars on stage, so, can i buy extra transmitters to send to one receiver?** A: You could if you program them all to the one receiver freq. but for the sake of unplugging one from your guitar to the next you have no need for 3 sets. Don’t see the point in that **Q: I get how these work, but what happens when you want to add pedles, i use a looper quite alot so how would that work** A: Hi, had these for about a month now and I use them on my USA Strat and Burns Marque, and they work fine, I paid £30 pounds for two braided Fender cables, so at £34 these are a no brainer and ten hours before a re- charge. If you use foot pedals its Transmitter into guitar, receiver into the first pedal and cable from last pedal, into the amp, that's my setup and it works ok. I'm delighted with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for uses other than guitar connection. *by P***G on 20 August 2023* I bought this wireless guitar system (WS- 80) as a bit of a gamble, to connect my powered monitor to our mixer. It worked perfectly, the only reason for 4 stars is the lack of volume adjustment, so I have had to increase the levels of monitor out on the mixer and input to my monitor. I have now ordered a second system to use with my MP3 player for pre and post gig music, which I have tried out with my original set. Much easier than using the cables I have had to use to date. The price is great compared to others, at time of purchase at £31.36. As it's for guitar it is naturally mono, but that doesn't cause me a problem. Each set can easily be adjusted between four settings so each pair can be used (up to four) totally separate or connect one transmitter to several receivers for connecting to several amp heads.
