How do I set up the caller ID to be able to see the incoming phone calls?

Hello customer, thank you for your inquiry. Firstly, you need to ask the phone line service company if your account has activated caller ID feature. Then please check if your phone is connected via a phone switch system, because the phone might not be able to display the callers ID if so. You can try to connect the phone with your phone line jack directly and test if it has the same problem. If it still has no improvement, please contact our customer support. We will try our best to help you figure it out.
