This was a little harder to put together than expected. However once together it was a great product.  I gave 3 stars because it didn't mention you needed a drill to put it together.  All in all it was good, however if they put it together for you and made it more simple I would have given it 5 stars.

too many steps for installation.  My building super who have installed hundreds of these over the years did not like it at all and brought his own to install.  his had one less step for installation and if you are installing 5 ACs one after the other, that one step does matter

Product design is flexible.  It can fit the windiw easily.  If you do not want to screw any hole on the window, you can put a cross bar across the room side of the window and connect the bar to the product with nut and bolt.
