does it work on mental minis?

No, plastic glue will not work on metal. The glue essentially melts the plastic and allows the two parts to fuse together. This has no effect on metal, and will, at best, maybe result in the metal lightly sticking together, but you'd be able to pull it right apart with little effort. If you need to do some metal mini gluing, then i would suggest some google research. There will be a lot of help on it since its a whole thing to deal with.

Can this be used to bond forge world resins to the standard hips kits?

I've used this to bond resin parts from Anvil Industry with plastic parts from GW, and for bonding resin to resin. No experience with Forge World resin though. So far, it has worked well enough with the resin, although not quite as well as it works with plastic. Main difference seems to be that it doesn't start setting up as quickly. The bond may not hold up as well over time either, but time will tell.

How do you get the cap off the needle

Push it out from the inside using something small like a tac.

Will this work for gundam kits?

Yes I believe so I used it to help fix a miniature that had broke and as long as the area is big enough and you wait about 5 minutes it should stick just fine though personally I would say a hot glue for that just because of its strength

J’utilise cette colle plastique Citadel depuis des années pour assembler mes figurines Warhammer, et elle reste une valeur sûre. Le pinceau applicateur est précis, la colle fond légèrement le plastique pour créer une liaison solide et durable, bien plus résistante qu’une simple superglue. ✅ Points positifs : Application très précise grâce au petit pinceau. Assemblage propre, solide et sans excès. Idéale pour toutes les figurines en polystyrène plastique (Warhammer, 40K, Age of Sigmar, etc.). Sèche rapidement sans laisser de traces brillantes. ⚠️ Petit conseil : à ne pas utiliser sur la résine ou le métal — c’est vraiment une colle spécifique au plastique.
