When this pyrography kit arrived I was super happy and eager to try it out. This pen gets HOT and even holding it nearly at the wire I feel very little heat.Unfortunately one of the pens didn't heat when it arrived, so I contacted the seller through amazon and they were very quick to respond with pictures and trouble shooting options to ensure I wasn't using the pen wrong. Extremely helpful details on different aspects that could be wrong on my end. The pen still did not work, however, so I simply replied again to the seller and they immediately send a replacement, ensuring they would test it themselves before shipping. It arrived quickly and works like a charm.I'm loving the burn quality and smoothness of this pen. I transitioned to this one from a cheap craft store pen, and the difference is incredible. If you are wanting to take your pyrography to the next level this is definitely the pen to get. Doesn’t take up much space. Works well, easy to use and is comfortable, similar to an ink pen.

I bought this burner for my wife.she simply loves it she's had four and this is by far the best.one of the pens had a vent broke didn't want to stay connected.i called the store he contacted the manufacture with pics I sent of the damaged pen and 4days we got a new pen.the owner of the store called me personally and took care of the problem.shes very happy with the burner works very well. Update I ordered 3tips all shading tips from calwood Co, 2tips came the third did not.ive reached out to calwood twice now and no response at all.and emailed twice.if you buy this mechine do not order anything from calwood they don't stand behind your orders.

I love this burner it makes the burning process go so much faster than my starter one I got at Walmart. I would have rated 5 stars but I’ve had 3 issues that the seller fixed 2 of 3 I’m waiting on response for 3rd but one of the pens didn’t work and also one of the tips worked then went out. They replaced both and I got them back quickly now the tip wanted to go out on me again. I know I’m not pressing too hard or anything so hopefully this problem gets fixed again. I hope that the company gets these issues fixed I did read the reviews before I purchased and I did see where someone said one of the pens didn’t work but they replaced it. So they do have great customer service.
