In use at a public dog run “pool”.** A: Probably a simple solution would be to wrap a small piece of screen on the end of the spigot (that’s in the “pool side” and tie it down with wire. You can secure ithe wire onto the threads. If you want it more permanent you could glue or solder it to the threads.
