The roaster oven I received had smoke and odor when I first used it. Is this normal?

Please don't worry, it's normal. This condition may occur during the first use. So before first use, we suggest you wash all parts and then dry them. Heat the roaster oven on 400°F until smoke or odors have completely dissipated.

This roaster oven has enough space to fit a whole turkey?

We have five sizes of 18/20/22/24/26 quart electric roasters for you to choose from. 26 quart is our new model for 2022, our mission is to make sure every turkey finds the right destination.

The size of the roaster oven is very large, is it very inconvenient to clean up?

On the contrary, we use the Removable insert pot so the roaster oven is very easy to clean. And the electric roaster is made of reinforced stainless steel, which is resistant to rust.

What are the functions of this roaster oven?

Full-range temperature control(150º to 450ºF), Thaw/Warming Setting, Self-basting Lid. Takes less time to cook than a oven, it cooks evenly without hot spots, makes the meat tender and juicy, and does not stick to the pan.

Is there a Visible lid for each size of electric roaster?

No, 22/24/26 QT's roaster oven has a Visible lid but 18/20 QT without it.
