Is this a 1oz bottle or 10oz bottle??

If you mouse-over the bottle on the amazon page, you will see quite clearly that it is a one-ounce bottle.

Can this be used with dip pens?

I haven't tried to do this, but I can't imagine why it would not work. Dip pens don't "fill", right? I have used various implements with this (like a stick...) and it was fine.
