Q: is this tape flexible? wrap around a circular surface?

Yes, the tape is flexible and would go around a circular object. I would not buy this brand again because it is not very bright. I was disappointed with it. It looks nothing like the picture.

Q: can you easily remove the tape? does it leave some sticky adhesives on the surface when removed?

Tape removes fairly easy. not sticky.

Q: Does this Phosphorus use?

A phosphorus coating on the tape makes it glow in the dark. Phosphorous absorbs light radiation and re-emits it making the tape glow. It glows day and night but it is obvious at night because there is no competing light to the eye.
