Worked fantastic to remove dings from my Mustang trunk lid
Wow! I read the reviews and was a little concerned about the quality. The dent puller however worked great for me. The tool is actually a much better quality than I expected and the glue worked great and came off fine. I didn’t even need alcohol, just picked at it with my fingers and it came off fine with no paint damage. For the actual dent removal I found yellow glue sticks worked best. I glued them to the plastic end, then placed the plastic part over the dent. Waited about 3 min then gently squeezed the handle til it popped. Worked awesome.

Actually helps
I ordered this and then realized there is almost no place on my small sports car, with all the dents on very curved surfaces, that the levered dent puller would work, so I had to order a t-bar puller seperately. Here in the South where temperatures are always high, the hot glue just had no adhesion and would pull off the plastic tabs immediately. It doesn't matter how long you wait for it cool. I found in the fine print , that it doesn't work above 70F! My solution was to hold ice cubes against the tab and car body around it as it cooled. I was almost shocked when it worked and removed some small dents I had. Also in the fine print, do not to use on body-shop repainted surfaces - the hot glue might remove the clear coat/paint.

Will remove clear coat and paint.
Instructions are generic and not for a specific item. They don’t tell you what the difference is between the black sticks and the yellow ones so I started with the black ones because they seemed like a stronger material. It was definitely strong. Spraying alcohol on it does nothing and the scraper is too flimsy to make a difference. Reheating the material just makes it smear. I assume it’s oil or petroleum based because once it finally came off it took the clear coat with it. The yellow stick was actually stronger and hardened to the point where I couldn’t get the attachment head off of the truck. That material had to be removed with a heat gun as well and it smeared substantially worse. Maybe it’s not meant for 14 year old clear coat but I would save your money and get suction cups or a regular glue gun. Now I have the same dents and missing paint.

Glue sticks. Takes large glue gun.
These glue sticks are large. They are not made for a common glue stick gun. I don't remember if it said the size?. So I went and bought a commercial gun. Don't make the mistake it fits a common gun. THESE ARE NOT PDR GLUE. DO NOT BUY FOR AUTO.

Did the trick!
Worked perfectly for my dent removal I was doing! Heat them up, stick them on and pull away all together and it worked for me.

Very nice product! Pulled large and small Hail Dents
First off, I’m no professional. I decided to do the work myself as I was quoted an outrageous amount for roughly 30 dents. Heck, I don’t even see 30, so out of the 9 highly visual ones. I decided I would do the work. Temp-do not do this directly in the sun (90*+), the glue will not cure/harden. I was able to work in the garage (while 97* outside) or under trees in the morning. After using the clear glue sticks for awhile, I decided to use the black sticks on both the blue and black pads. While the black glue works better with the black pads, I occasionally used it on the blue pads to do the process faster. Some dents only took one pull of the yellow tool, while others took 4-5 pulls. This takes patience, my wife helped with spraying alcohol on the glue and scraping after I pulled the yellow tool. Which also helped a bunch. I took a moment to watch a few videos on YouTube prior to doing the work.

Glue has no hold strength. Doesn't work as expected
I've tried different tips and different dents. Clean paint area but the glue provided either pulls away from the paint or pulls away from the tip with hardly any pressure. The sticky glue is... not. Fail so far. I'm trying to decide to send it back or go invest more money in better glue sticks. Disappointed so far. I'll update this review if I get better results in the future. Oh... the instructions say 3 to 5 min for the glue to harden and it may take several attempts to correct one dent. Even if it was working as expected it'll take you days if99 30th you have many dents.
