No, does not come with an additional dropper. The spout can dispense drops.

Does this work well with Sally Hansen nail polishes?

I haven't used it yet on Sally Hansen polishes, but I have on some more expensive brands (OPI, Deborah Lippmann) and it worked well - just start with a little bit because you can't take it out once you've put it in.

Shipping is more than the cost of the item

Perfect if you have a lot of nail polish

This is so perfect if you have a lot of nail polish. It has saved colors that I love, but don’t use often enough, without doing any damage to the polish like what would happen if I used nail polish remover instead. When polish gets thick from age, this thins it back to where it’s usable. I love it. It saved so many polish for me.
