Swanson Rhodiola Ashwagandha Ginseng Complex, 60 Capsules

I m suffering from insomnia taking this from one week I m getting sleepy but not expected that much I'm not getting so I give 3stars

Seriously changed my life. I have had to take sleeping pills every night for the past 5 years. I've switched back and forth between meletonin and rx drugs. But I wanted to find something non habit forming and non hormonal...like meletonin is. I stumbled on the idea that the reason i'm not sleeping is that my cortisol levels are too high. I've had a blood test done this year that showed my pituitary gland is working overtime...that can definitely raise cortisol levels! So I did some more research and found that the herbs in this complex are helpful in restoring balance to cortisol. I didn't expect much but after only 3 days of taking this complex, i no longer needed my sleeping medicine. And it's not because this stuff makes me sleepy and drowsy. In fact, I take it in the morning and then in the early evening. It doesn't put me to sleep. It simply allows my body to sleep on it's own. It's balanced out my system and I don't need to take sleeping meds. This feels nothing short of a miracle. It's also improved my mood. I used to play guitar and sing at open mic nights and I had a few paid gigs at coffee shops and bars around town. But I lost interest in it and pretty much gave it all up 4 years ago. I know i suffer from depression but I thought my zoloft was doing it's job and I was functioning normally. But again, after taking this complex for a few weeks, I suddenly had the urge to pick up my guitar and play a few songs. Then last weekend I went to my first open mic night in 4 years with my wife. I had a blast! I felt liberated. I feel like myself again. I didn't even realize how much my depression was still affecting my daily life. I'm smiling more, laughing easier, and feeling great. I've tried lots and lots of complexes and supplements over the years...fish oil, iodine, meletonin, various anti-depressants (all the withdrawals and side-effects included) and this complex has hit the nail on the head. I can't guarantee this will work for you but if you're on a mission to feel better and have been trying lots of things, this one is worth a try. It's cheap and seems effective for many people. I wish you luck. I hope that if this particular medicine doesn't work out for you, that you keep searching and find what's right for you. I'm grateful I finally found something that made a profound difference and I would never have even heard of it if I had stopped searching after those many trials and errors. I'm a full-time college student working a full-time job, and as such I'm always looking for ways to make my life a bit easier. Now, by all means, these capsules are not magical. But they did seem to have an affect on stress-induced symptoms. I can definitely sleep easier and I don't seem to get frustrated as easily anymore. These capsules are fairly cheap, and I suggest one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, as is in line with recommendations by the manufacturer. It does seem like you have to take the capsules for a few days before effects seem to be realized, and like I said, it's no miracle, but it definitely seems to have helped me. And, like other supplements, it doesn't break the bank. Definitely would recommend to anyone that feels stressed - this product might help you!

Seems like a good blend. I have been taking 5 a day to get the dose of Rhodiola I wanted so the bottle goes quick. I haven't done much research on some of the other ingredients but I specifically wanted Rhodiola, Schisandra and Ashwaganda. The Ginseng and mushroom is a bonus- though at such small quantities I doubt it makes a difference. The Dong Qui and others I could do without.
