Power source is useless
I bought it to use HDD I took out from my laptop. I bought this as it included power source and the device I used with my HDD didn't have enough power to run it. The power source is useless. It does nothing. The connector does work but we can that at much cheaper price. Not recommended at all.

yes it works completely fine .. decent speed but the adapter required to use 3"5 harddisk is really poor it doesn't work at all ...otherwise sata to usb connector works completely fine
