MSI MPG A650GF Gaming Power Supply - Full Modular - 80 Plus Gold Certified 650W - 100% Japanese 105°C Capacitors - Compact Size - ATX PSU

sized my build, this size still left me with 100 W to spare for future upgrades. Went with the gold certified rating, better components and more reliable. Had this psu in for a month now and no hiccups.

I bought this to replace a 700w bronze psu that died on me. I've been using the A650GF for a few months now and I'm really happy with how well its performed. I'm running a rtx 2070 with a 9700K and everything's been running smoothly. The only gripe I have with it is that the plug for the motherboard cable was a little weird to connect to the psu port, other than that its been perfect.

Working for 6 months now 650w running a MpG gaming edge wifi z490 10700k and 3060 with no issues. Does have second CPU 4 pin plugged in, quiet while pulling 550w and never have any issues I’m glad I took the shot.

The power supply functions fine. Plugging in the proper connections is very simple due to thr manual and labeling. The manual is one big sheet of two sided paper with information, which I thought to be a bit lacking but didn't seem to be an issue. The best part are the diagrams showing their power supply connection recommendations. Good working power supply.

I have to give this product a five star, just for the presentation alone. It came in a timely manner, without any dents in the box, It was very well packaged. It was pretty easy to install, although for beginners, I recommend watching a how-to video, because there weren't many instruction on where to plug in the cables. I don' know if I believe the "power saving" part of the 80 plus gold efficiency, but it doesn't really matter to me. Overall, I must give this a five star, MSI has done outstanding work on this power supply.

I bought this to replace a cheap Raidmax PSU that was depriving my PC's components of proper voltage. It was causing file corruption, and BSOD's, along with other strange behavior. I installed this PSU and reinstalled Windows, and all my problems are gone. I'm not sure how long it'll last, but so far this seems like a good PSU.

It works and that is what's important. To future buyers. If you buy this product from this seller. Please open you package immediately and check it. Especially if your are not going to use it right away. This was a gift for my son for his 1st PC build. I received a used PSU with a bent rear panel by the electric wire receiver. One of the Pcie was slightly melted and the CPU wire had a cracked clip. Thankfully I had spare parts from my previous build.

The A650GF is a great power supply that goes well with any build. It's not an overly expensive PSU either and id definitely recommend it. I upgraded from a corsair PSU that was a little noisier and could handle my new GPU.

Been using this psu for about 2 years now. Absolutely great unit and runs everything fine. I have a 6600 xt with a r5 5600. This was at the time a mid tier build but has so much room for improvement without having to worry about updating this power supply. My only issue is the cables it comes with are quite bad feeling and look fairly bad. Yes they are all black just the quality feels laking. Though it does come in a very nice pouch and looks very good. So far 0 issues sounds and looks as it did when I bought it. Strongly suggest picking one up.

I have been using it for more than a year, and never had a problem with it. Not sure about the internal safety features, but I had a power surge once, and it fried pretty much everything (lights, fan, AC, phone chargers) but PC just simply went out of power. Upon recovery, I checked everything and found absolutely no damage to internals parts, not even the PSU itself. It still works awesome.
