**Q: How do you open the nozzle?**
A: You can't do anything to the nozzle. Take the cap off & squirt. I do not recommend this for a baby! The spray comes out way too much for tiny noses! It is almost to much for me.

**Q: What are the ingredients?  Does it have preservatives?**
A: This is a triple normal (strong) salt solution. NaCl.  Salt itself is a preservative.

**Q: What is the difference between the purple can and the green can?**
A: I personally liked the purple can better, but it is hard to find.  It's also more expensive.

**Q: Hello, my spray nozzle all of sudden stopped working. Can I get a replacement?**
A: I had the same problem.  I did not want a replacement, so they sent me a refund.
