Will my Xbox One rechargeable battery pack work in the new controllers?

The battery from the previous Xbox One S/X Play & Charge Kit will work with your new controller, but you’ll need a new cable since the new controller now has a USB-C port. Third party charging solutions that have their own battery door cover replacement may not work with the new controller.
