CuteZCute Mini Condiment Mayo Container for Bento Lunch Box, Blue/Pink/Green/Cream

I really like these, and this is the second (identical) set I've purchased. Nothing's wrong with the first, but I wanted more of them for convenience. First, let's talk about the functionality of these containers. They basically look like they could house a couple bucks in quarters, for size reference. In both sets, I've found that the lids snap on pretty decently, and I would feel comfortable putting soy sauce or other liquids in them, although I don't think that's what they're best suited to, and I wouldn't, say, bet my right arm that they couldn't leak at some point, though I haven't had it happen yet. For putting veggie dip in, these really don't hold a lot, so, if it's for bento and you have like four carrot sticks, yes, but not so much for larger amounts. I would estimate there's about room for a tablespoon if you really fill it up as much as you can. So what are they especially great for containing, in my experience? A few types of things. Salt, sugar, herbs, or sesame seeds, that is, small things that you use a bit of at a time. I keep some salt for my coffee at work this way, to neutralize some of the acid in the grounds. I also carry a powdered supplement with me, and this is just the perfect size for it. In a pinch, if you only take a few pills, and none of them are giant, this is perfect for that, too. If you regularly use a vending machine or need something to contain small change, these will work, without taking up much space at all. The lids on here are snap-on, and while I've never had a problem with them becoming loose, that could feasibly happen over time. I like having the lids attached though; no worries about pieces going missing, and I've never had one just magically come open. I wash mine by hand and would not recommend the dishwasher for these. I don't know if they can take the heat, but they're also very small and light, and I'd worry they could get damaged, not so much broken apart as their seal or fit could degrade. So, if you just want to bring something to sprinkle on your sandwiches at work, or keep some salt or pills in your lunchbox, or use only a little bit of ranch dip for some veggies, these are a good choice. If you need a lot of veggie dip or want to bring something very thick and sticky like peanut butter, no so much. They're cute and solid, though, and I'm happy with mine.

These are so cute! They are small, but sometimes that's what you need. They stay shut well, but my 6 year old has no problems opening them. I wouldn't use them for watery things, like oil & vinegar dressing, but they worked great for mustard (for dipping a small-medium soft pretzel into). They're also perfect way to pack gummy vitamins or gummy probiotics in your lunch.

I purchased these for my teen daughter to carry sauces in for her school lunch. She loves the cute designs. The hold just the right amount and stay closed tightly. Easy to clean.

I can't help myself around adorable mini things, and these containers are so cute! I always bring my own lunches to work, and needed to be able to carry condiments. I do like collecting bento items, so I immediately went for these colorful containers and their super cute animal prints. These are the perfect size for ketchup, mayo, sriracha, sour cream, etc. These containers aren't completely leakproof, so I wouldn't put any liquids in (like soy sauce or olive oil), the 'thinnest' sauce/liquid it can manage is sriracha. These containers are also fairly small, so if you were thinking you could pack something like hummus you'd be disappointed (unless you wanted just a bite of hummus). Anything that you need just a small amount of, doesn't necessarily have to be sauces, either! I've transported furikake (seaweed seasoning), and garnishes like diced scallions, and so on. The only drawback is that these are a flip top lid, and already after a few open/closes the crease in the plastic looks whiter, which is a telltale sign it's getting stretched and weaker. Items came as described, quickly & packaged safely. I'm wouldn't advise running them through a dishwasher (unless it was on a delicate cycle) but they are too cute & multi-functional to pass up! Even with having to hand wash them, they are very easy to clean. They are about the size of a silver dollar & almost an inch deep. They're flip-top, NOT screw on lids. I don't mind that at all, but I thought I'd mention it. I've never actually put liquids in them so I cannot attest to the seal, but they do serve many uses for me & I couldn't be happier with them! I'm actually thinking of ordering a second set!

I use these every day in my YumBox or Kitty bento to put ranch dressing or pimento cheese for my veggies, shelled pistachios or M&Ms or skittles. Super cute and the perfect Tiny Size so that you get variety but aren't eating too much. I wonder how long the plastic hinges will ultimately last but so far so good. (Although that wouldn't stop me from using them anyway. It's just handier that they're attached.) I always hand wash by just dumping my picks and containers and bento trays in a mixing bowl of soapy water when I get home. These, along with the bento boxes, have made my lunches so much better!

These are really really cute, but I was disappointed to discover that they don't close properly and thus - they leak badly. I had soy sauce all over my lunch bag, which wasn't fun to clean up! The spicy mayo didn't leak, but these are supposed to be leak-proof for all sauces, so I'm sad they won't work for soy sauce.

These are adorable for so many things. They fit my purse with pills or Some Matcha tea. I bought a set for my daughter because she started to take them. I’m about to buy a third set.
