These replacement filters fit my Winix 5500-2 perfectly and work just like the original ones. Installation was easy, and the air purifier runs smoothly with them. Air feels cleaner, and there’s no weird smell or noise. Getting two filters in a set is very convenient and a good value. Happy with the quality and would buy again.

Filters fit in my Winix 5500-2 like OEM. They are exactly as advertised and I received 2 charcoal pre filters and 2 HEPA replacement filters. Worth the price to keep my unit running and my air a little cleaner.

These replacement filters are a fantastic alternative to the OEM versions for my air purifier. The True HEPA filters and activated carbon pre-filters fit perfectly and installed without any issues. After just a day of running, I noticed a clear improvement in air quality- dust and pet odors were significantly reduced.

I placed the order for same day delivery on November 10th. The whole "order within the next 3 hours to have it delivered tonight between the hours of 5pm to 10pm" bit got me. 11pm that night, no delivery. The next day? No delivery. I checked the app and the emails. At first, the product hadn't left the warehouse. Then it left the warehouse, but it won't arrive until the next day. Update to 2 days later. Finally it arrived on November 15th. I'm deducting 1 star for the stress caused from thinking it was going to be delivered and finding out it wasn't even shipped yet. I know it's not clear who was at fault and the reviews shouldn't reflect the delivery, but hopefully someone will read this and know that the delivery times are not as advertised with this product. I hope your experiences are better than mine. Overall, it's a great product that fits the original product precisely. Plus it made the "change filter" light finally go away. I'll buy from this seller again, but I'm going to change the delivery date to a later time so we are both managing our expectations realistically.

no reason NOT to use. I can't tell the difference between these and originals but maybe a lab exam can.

I was questioning if I should take a chance on aftermarket filters from an unknown vender. Let me say that these are a perfect fit for my Winix 5500-2 and there were no strange odors as others have reported. Besides everything being as good as the filters that came in the machine, this replacement charcoal filter has a SUBSTANTIALLY larger amount of charcoal in it. I was actually questioning how well the original was working because it wasn't doing the best job of removing odors. Well, I put the new one up next to the old one and you can see clear as day that there is probably 40% - 50% more charcoal in this aftermarket filter than the OEM that costs twice as much! Don't buy the OEM filter unless you want to pay double the price for 1/2 the product. See my pic and judge for yourself. This aftermarket filter is on the left, OEM is on the right. The HEPA filters seem to be identical, so no notable difference there.
