This is a great training system. I bought this for travel when I can't go to my gym. There is almost no limit to the number of exercises you can do with this. The kit comes with a DVD of exercises. When you sign up online, they give you access to even more videos. You can use the videos to learn how to do the motions of exercises, and you can exercise with the videos. They give you reasonable amounts of time to do different motions and then time to swap to a new motion's setup. I setup my laptop in the hotel room so I could see the display while I was using the TRX. I can almost always hook it over the door to the room. Sometimes I use the bathroom door. My personal trainer has me use the pro/military grade version. The handles are slightly different, and the hardware is a little different. Nothing that affects your ability to exercise in the least bit. One point I'd make though, is that I am using TRX a couple times a month (at least) with my professional trainer. This is serious gear. It allows you to start where you are able to perform, and then adjust to harder exercises easily as you get stronger. I've seen my trainer use it with other clients in ways I can't imagine doing the motion - I just don't have the strength yet. But I hope to get there. This can work all the major muscle groups. Arms, legs, core. The core gets a beating in most of the arm & leg exercises, too. This is sturdy. The item is genuine. I verified the label with the company. There was some concern that it might be counterfeit. I asked because this didn't have the same kind of proof label the TRX I use at the gym has, but the company verified it for me. The box it comes in use sturdy and we use it when we travel in the car. When I pack it in my bag for air travel, I use the stuff sack. Would definitely buy again if this were stolen. Or my wife needed one for travel while I also traveled separately, etc. When we're together, one of us will use TRX while the other does body weight exercises on the floor. And then we switch off so we both get a good workout in. Watch the videos.

Simple to use and has multiple exercises it can do. It is easily adjusted to switch between exercises. A poster comes with it to use as a guide for strength and core building. This is my favorite workout equipment I have ever used. Highly recommended for any age.

This has been great. I didn’t think it would be secure on a door, but it is. It is a versatile addition to a small home gym.

Excellent product. Well made, strong and adaptable to many fixing conditions. Only downside is that the metal bits corrode over time.

I’ve done TRX for years and finally decided to invest in my own set of straps. These are fantastic quality, easy use to and adjust, and the extender straps make them even easier to use anywhere! Compact and great for travel, although a little on the heavy side because of the quality of straps and metal. A worthy trade off. If you’re considering purchasing off-brand TRX straps I can definitely tell you don’t do it - these are well-worth the money and will last much longer! Off-brand straps I’ve used in the past don’t have the same feel and the straps often slide while you’re working out which is not only annoying, but can also be a safety risk.

Okay so I bit the bullet I love working out and cannot afford my gym membership but need to workout so I bought it. It's been a week and I used it everyday since that's what I would do if I had my gym membership. I'm happy with the level of easy to use it and challenge I can get with the various workouts. I see the long term potential of using this product. It's definitely a good substitute if you cannot afford a gym membership and you have the ability to watch your form while you workout to get the best results. I believe since I'll use it often the value is there but the door hanger should be a standard part of this package but they charge extra and you only get one video an it should be at least two for the price of this item. FYI the door hanger is a MUST for home use workouts! My straps are a little stiff when it's time to adjust them but with use I'm sure it will become less of a problem for me to adjust quickly between transformations. If you know you will use it buy it you won't be disappointed with the flexibility and numerous options you have for workouts in your own home but you do need to know how to exercise already to get the best use of this item. I say that since they were so stingy on instructional exercises. Beginners just remember form is key so you get result and don't hurt yourself. I look forward to my 2 month results!

A great piece of equipment that can be used anywhere for a variety of exercises benifiting the entire body. Best of all this product is top quality and will last forever. I have used my TRX at least 4 times a week since I bought it 4 yeaes ago and its still in perfect working order.

Mega ideal um zu trainieren. Am besten mit Deckenhaken, dazu konnte ich mich noch nicht überwinden. An der Türe geht es auch ....bestes Training vorab. Aber man sollte einen Kurs vorab besuchen ...klare Kaufemofehlung. Stabil gearbeitet top 😊
