Arrived with a few air bubbles in the glass as well as a few small scratches

Excellent product. It arrived in Ecuador in perfect condition. Very well packaged. It looks exactly like the photos. 100% recommended.

I was a bit worried about buying this item due to some very old reviews regarding broken item upon arrival. I'm very happy to report the company HAS MUCH IMPROVED the packaging since those old reviews! The box that arrived had a fragile glass sticker on every side of the box! Inside the mailed box was a box holding the vase that was wrapped in two layers of really high quality bubble wrap! The vase was very foggy looking when I took it out of the box. After a careful washing the vase was crystal clear! You can certainly tell the vase is handmade as the thickness of the glass does vary throughout but it is not noticeable once the vase is in use. I love the vase so much I'm planning to buy 2 more to put my other water plants in!!

vase would not sit level ie it wobbles when set on a flat surface, will return and try again tried again but the second unit also won't sit level (but no as bad as the first one) the second unit has other defects such as a bubble in the glass and a cut mark in the rim of the vase. contact with seller was attempted by leaving my email in sellers chat box, as advised by seller, but no contact has been made

Beautiful modern looking vase. A little smaller than I thought, but still love it. And may I say, the seller had the BEST wrapped package I've ever received. NOTHING was going to break this glass vase!
