Works great for acidic soil
Great product for measuring ACIDIC soil. The instrument is not designed for measuring high PH soils. But all of the soil that I am testing is too acidic so it works for me.

Works good but is it accurate?
It's hard to say whether a device like this is accurate, but this one is consistent. It gives me the same readings when I test nearby. So I think it is accurate, but I am not 100% sure. It is easy to use; no paper, no distilled water, no fuss. Easy to take many readings around the garden (not easy to alter soil pH, but that is another story). So, I wanna believe it and I'm going to believe it until proven wrong.

Robust and Accurate
After several pH meters had failed under normal use I discovered this product. It is immensely strong and I verified its measurements using a soil lab company.It readily makes measurements down to about 2 inches. For deeper readings, you will need to dig down a bit.
