I just finished my first bottle of capsules and I don't know if it works or not. Months ago, I tried liquid collagen and saw some improvement but it was too expensive. I'm taking 3 capsules a day on an empty stomach and really hoped my joints (knees) would feel better but that hasn't happened. People talk about improvements in hair growth and skin suppleness and fingernail strength but I've seen absolutely none of that. I'll keep taking the capsules for another month and hope for better results.Now that I have used this product for several months, I have found that it really does work. My nails grew out and were so nice for about 2 weeks. Then they all broke off as if someone had cut them! My knees were not feeling cured by any means but they felt better than before so I tried only taking 2 pills a day instead of 3. Two days later, my left knee really hurt and it's not been hurting before! Back to 3 a day and my left knee is happier. Since I don't have a magic wand, I guess I'll keep taking these capsules.

I love this brand. I love the quality and I love how the product works for my skin. This is a favorite of mine and I've been using it for several months now and will continue to do so.

This capsule is huge! If you have trouble swallowing large pills, like I do, it make be difficult for you to take this since you have to take 3 capsules. I was hoping they would be easier to swallow, but not for me, so I probably won't order this again.

I started taking this to combat aging skin. I had tried collagen powder and didn’t like it. However, I had also had shoulder that would hurt every day for a few years and I was having trouble with plantar fasciitis type symptoms in my feet. I didn’t notice anything right away but I have been taking them for about a year now and my shoulder pain and feet pain is completely gone!

I cannot stand drinkable collagen or powders, so I was thrilled to find these capsules. I have tried several other brands in the past and noticed zero results.
