Move into Action
Nice Guys get this book! It is the next step needed after Dr. Glover's book. Chuck's 30-day journal is brief, but effective. It has kept me focused energized about continuing my journey forward.

Boring concepts, too abstract
The book doesnโt have any valuable insights. It is has abstract concepts and it is constantly talking about the author life experiences. Half of the book is for you to fill in blank space by writing what u think.

A must-have to go along with the book!
It's so simple! Easy to use and perfect to go along with the book. It helps me reflect on the reading and allows me to process in such a clearer way. The layout is great and so engaging. I love it and recommend it as a must.

Every man should read this (and ideally their partner)
When we donโt ask for help, we deny others the feeling of joy that comes with being of service.

wonderful resource
I have just finished reading the 30-day recovery journal. I found it very helpful, with great prompts and journaling questions which helped uncover some thing in me that I needed help to give a voice to. I will see how I go integrating this into my life and this will be the real test. But now I have 30 days of journal notes to go back to and grab inspiration by the words that have come through me. Highly recommend.

Good book but needs grammar proofreading
There are a lot of grammatical errors and the book needs one level of proofreading.

A timely fast start companion workbook
Uncomplicated, straightforward and helpful, this workbook is sure to become twinned with Dr. Glover's original. Not only is it easy to read, each lesson is fleshed out with the author's deep conceptual grasp of what it means to be a Nice Guy. Chuck Chapman, while tossing in some of his own experiences to boot, is authentic, never maudlin, and draws upon a deep well of working experience to simplify Nice Guy recovery. As the advisor to men, I dare say most males have some Nice Guy in them. This workbook will be an easy recommend.
