Conditioner is great, my salon uses this, and it has completely turned my hair around for the better after using these products... my hair isn't dry like it used to be.... I think the container with the pump needs complete overhaul - i have ordered many conditioners and shampoos from my salon and amazon, and pumps wont twist to work, it is definitely not user error, some work, but more than half dont..... product is good, so i will just manage...
