Good quality yeast!
My first time using this product. Purchased it based on reveiws for wine brewing. I have set up two batches of wine so far with a gap of one week, and both batches are fermenting well. On the day one I didn't see any action, however from day two onwards the fermentation picked up speed. Happy with this item.

Exceeded my expectation!
It worked better than I expected, probably due to this yeast having higher alcohol tolerance. With this I've been able to make stronger beer (I just make ginger beer and wine). This is my first time trying a brewing specific yeast.

Open bottle
When I opened the box I found sealant open. Not sure this yeast will work or not. So what I feared was True, the yeast got activated but died within a day even carefully pitching it to wine jar. Total abv 3% achieved. Next I made grape wine with 200 gms sugar per litre. Then also the yeast stopped next day and that ABV achieved was 2.7 %> I assume it's fake marketed to be 15% tolerent, I assume it is a normal yeast used to make breads , which is why It could only produce 3% abv twice

Product is good, I bought it to make ginger beer. Though a lot of sugars were present in the mix the alcohol generation is very very low after adding this yeast. Tried many different ratios and timings nothing helps

Yeast dead on arrival
Both the bottles had dead yeast on arrival, the manufacturing date is just 2 months ago. I tried activating it but even after 30 mins the yeast looks dead, added a picture for reference. Also this just looks like regular yeast and not brewer's yeast
