I requested they replace the part and they blamed it on the shipping but stated they would send the replacement piece......this still has not happened.The pipes are generally low grade. The regulator keys are held in with only a thin wire - I've had to reattach a key several times already as the wire slides out of position.The bellows component is made of cheap plastic/plasticized leather, so it's very difficult to open and close and a crack is already developing along a fold.Additionally, I was dismayed to find the instruction book included was actually a photo copy .... wondering if they cleared that from a copyright perspective. Obviously, the CD that should be included with the book if you purchase a real copy of it was not included with the photocopy that came with the pipesAll in all, this is one where the naysayers are correct and I would have done well to save my money. BUYER BEWARE!!! ### ⭐ Buyer beware *by D***X on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on May 29, 2016* A Customer ordered one of these sets and I volunteered to see if I could get it playing.The chanter was completely off at almost every sound hole and had to be remachined, Thebore of the chanter had to be rereamed and that was just to get the chanter playing as properly as possible.The set was supposed to be a concert D tuning. The drones were closer to a B and had to be completely redone toget them up to a D. All of the drones were way off and not tuneable until they were shortened and remachined.Lots of similar problems with the regulators. All of the keys and hardware had to be strengthened and redone.The reeds that came with the set were all junk. With the initial cost of this set plus the time and materials needed to getit playing, my customer could have gotten a much better deal going one of the reputable pipe makers.Please don't waste your time and money on this junk. ### ⭐ Caveat emptor, these pipes are not real pipes. *by U*** on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on December 23, 2011* Pakistani-made, cheap, unreliable, unplayable wall-hangings/firewood fuel.
